The absence of admins or managers can lead to delays in request approvals, impacting organizational productivity and efficiency.
Moreover, a Lack of accountability for pending requests and dependencies on individuals in the approval workflow can result in overlooked or forgotten tasks, causing employee frustration and affecting the overall workflow.
Therefore, the JisrHR system provides admin with more flexibility in managing employee requests by enabling the following:
- Approval Bypassing ( Direct Approval by the admin on Behalf of the Approver ):
Admins can bypass the approval workflow and directly approve requests when necessary, without following the regular approval workflow. This enables timely decision-making and prevents delays caused by the absence of key approvers.
Notes:

To access the direct approval icon, go to the request details page of any pending requests from other managers (Status is pending).

The approval icon is only available to the default admin

When the admin processes requests on behalf of other managers, the system will send a notification and an email to notify the approver's manager.

If there are multiple approver managers for the same request, approval on behalf of each manager is required.

The system will display the name of the admin who approved on behalf of the manager, along with the date and time.

Clicking on the edit approval cycle will redirect users to the request configurations page, simplifying the process of modifying approval workflows.
- This feature is available to all Jisr clients across all packages ( Essential and Professional ).
