After creating customized policies for the annual flight tickets, your new policy is saved as a draft until all required info is entered and employees are added to it, then it can be turned to an active policy.
To edit and activate created policy and saved as drafts:
- Select 'Configuration' from the home page.
- Navigate to 'Policies'.
All available policies will be displayed. Select the policy that needs editing.
Click on the 'Edit' button, make your desired changes, and click 'Save'.
When the policy is activated, employees can be enrolled to the policy by adding the button 'Enroll Employees'.
A new page will be displayed, allowing you to add the employees who will be listed under this policy and manage further details relevant to these employees.
Select employees
- This stage allows you to select employees based on the default settings of this policy (such as gender and eligible nationalities).
- You can remove the default eligibility setting, which is added automatically and displays only employees who match the specified nationality and gender.
- Additional filters can also be applied to refine the selection of employees. Once employees are selected, click "Continue."
Please note:
An employee cannot be added to more than one policy at the same time.
Balance
The selected employees are displayed along with their available ticket balance for this cycle. The balance can be reset for any employee to match the number of tickets assigned under this policy, particularly if the employee already has a carried-over ticket balance.
Example: If the policy grants 3 tickets per employee per cycle, and an employee's remaining balance is 1, you can easily reset it to 3.
Please note that the employees' balances and cycle can be manually edited, and the changes can be applied to all employees.
Destination
Moving to the 'Destination' step, the selected employees will be displayed with their eligible destinations and the allocated budgets for each destination. If any edits to the destinations are needed, click on the pen button next to the country. Once done, click on 'Complete enrollment'.
