Admins or approvers have the ability to send back any user requests that have been submitted for correction, which helps to streamline communication between the parties involved.
This feature allows administrators or approvers to send any pending requests back to users for correction by clicking on the "Return for Correction" option within the request details and providing a reason.
Notice:
- Returned requests can be easily identified by their status as "Pending correction" or by using filters.
- The employee can view the manager's reason for the return for correction within the request details.
- Jisr system notifies the employee if their request was returned for correction by the manager.
- These functions are available on both the web and mobile app for all Jisr Plans customers.
