Users ( whether employee, Manager or Admin ) can easily edit their submitted requests with the Request Edit function available in Jisr.
This feature allows users to make timely adjustments to pending requests by navigating to request details and clicking on the Edit option.
Notes:
- The request cannot be modified once approvals are given, even if the status is still 'Pending'.
- The type of request cannot be changed once submitted (e.g., an employee has submitted a request for Assets and wants to change it to a letter request).
- These functions are available on both the web and mobile app for all Jisr Plans customers.
- Professional Plan clients have the ability to edit their custom requests.
