After activating the Jisr Direct, as mentioned in the previous article which you can refer to here.
the user takes a copy of the IBAN number that appeared in the last step during the activation process.
Alternatively, the user can obtain the IBAN number for their Jisr Balance by clicking on Settings in the sidebar of the screen, then clicking on "Jisr Wallet", and then clicking on "Copy IBAN" for the system to copy the IBAN number.
After that, the user goes to their bank's website, where they have an account, and links the IBAN number they copied from the system to their bank account.
Once the IBAN is placed, the name of the company, Jisr, will appear to the user (intermittently, that is, the first two or three letters of each word), and the name of the bank (Arab National Bank "anb") will also appear so that the user can verify the validity of the transaction.
(This picture from a bank, showing the data that the user enters to complete the transfer process from his bank account to the Jisr Direct account)
A practical example of the steps taken by the customer to complete the top-up process from his bank balance to Jisr balance:
(Note: Some of the required data may differ from one bank to another, but we will explain the main data required in the process)
1- The customer logs in to his bank account.
2- Go to “Financial Transfers,” then “payees” then click on Add payee.
3- This data to be entered appears, where the client specifies the type of payee “local” and enters the payee's name (such: Jisr for human resources. Note: There is no specific name that can be entered here in the field, but only the payee's name is entered as reference information for the user).
The IBAN number is entered (it is the IBAN number that will be taken from “Jisr”).
4- The amount to be transferred from the bank account to Jisr balance is determined.
5- After that, the bank will verify the validity of the IBAN number and it will appear that this IBAN number belongs to Jisr, so that the customer can confirm that the transfer will be made to his organization’s balance in Jisr’s wallet.
Once the linking process between the bank account and the account in Jisr is completed, the user enters the amount they want to top up their wallet from their bank account on the bank's website.
Then, they click on 'Send,' and upon returning to the system, they will find the balance updated after the addition.
Note: If the Balance top-up amount is less than 20,000 SAR from the user's bank account to their balance in Jisr, it will be reflected n your balance during the day. However, if the transaction exceeds 20,000 SAR, it will take about one working day to be reflected in your balance, It should also be within the working days of the banks (which are all days except for holidays (Friday, Saturday, and official holidays)).
