These Terms and Conditions govern your use of JisrDirect Service, a closed-loop payment service provided by Jisr ("we," "us," "our"), intended for business administrations to manage financial transactions efficiently and securely within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By registering for and using JisrDirect service, you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereto, in addition to adhering to applicable local regulations and laws.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By activating a JisrDirect service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including any future modifications.
1.2 If you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Registration and Use
2.1 To use JisrDirect service, you must activate the service by providing accurate and complete information as prompted by the activation process for the payment service.
2.2 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 JisrDirect service is available to you upon successful activation and completing the verification process of the organization and the account owner. This process is a prerequisite for accessing and utilizing the payment services’ functionalities.
2.4 JisrDirect service is intended for business use by entities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to manage salary payments and employee benefits. Misuse of the service for non-intended purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Authorization to Manage Funds
3.1 You hereby authorize us to hold, receive, and disburse funds in your Balance in accordance with any payment instructions we receive from you. This authorization enables us to act on your behalf in managing transactions related to client account services, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations.
4. Account Top-Up
4.1 Your balance at JisrDirect service can be topped up through a bank transfer to a virtual IBAN provided by JisrDirect service to you. This method allows for the secure funding of your balance.
5. Transactions
5.1 JisrDirect service allows the administration of payment transactions within the system of Jisr. Specific terms related to these functions will be provided in annexes to this document.
5.2 All transactions processed through JisrDirect service are subject to review and approval by Jisr to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5.3 Users may withdraw funds from their balance under specific conditions. Each withdrawal is subject to a fee, the fee amount of which will be clearly provided to the user during the withdrawal process, either within the system or via customer service communication.
5.4 JisrDirect service is committed to managing customer funds in a protective and secure manner, adhering to best practices in financial security and customer care.
6. Balance Use and Restrictions
6.1 JisrDirect service will provide you with information on how to utilize the balance towards your next transaction, offering it as an instant credit discount for services rendered through Jisr.
6.2 The balance will be automatically applied to the next applicable transaction unless a functionality to control the usage of the balance is introduced by JisrDirect service.
6.3 The transfer of funds from your balance to another user's balance is strictly prohibited, ensuring that the integrity and intended use of the balance are maintained for authorized transactions only.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
7.1 JisrDirect service is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal and financial information. We collect, use, and share personal data solely to facilitate the effective management of the JisrDirect service and ensure compliance with our operational procedures. All personal data is handled in a secure manner to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
7.2 Clients are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information, including usernames, passwords, and any other associated identification credentials. Clients must take appropriate steps to protect their account from unauthorized access and notify JisrDirect promptly of any suspected security breaches. JisrDirect shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the client's failure to adequately secure their account information or from unauthorized access to their account.
8. Service Modifications
8.1 JisrDirect service was launched on 15/04/2024. Jisr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the service at any time by posting an update on this page.
9. Amendments
9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes through the contact information provided in your account registration, through the in-app announcements, emails, or website.
9.2 You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures, and amendments to this Agreement, and other information relating to your JisrDirect service account, by electronic means, including by posting such materials and information on our official website or platform. This method may also include sending information directly to the email address associated with your JisrDirect service account.
10. Termination
10.1 You may terminate the use of JisrDirect service with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use JisrDirect service will cease immediately.

11. Force Majeure
11.1 JisrDirect shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or losses resulting from circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, fires, natural disasters, failures in the banking system, power outages, telecommunication disruptions, wars, strikes, riots, terrorist attacks, performance failures of affiliated banks, or vendor malfunctions.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.
11.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Jisr retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our data security, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights.
Annex 1 - Payroll
This annex provides specific terms related to the payroll services offered through JisrDirect service. By using JisrDirect service through payroll services, clients agree to adhere to these conditions in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of JisrDirect service.
A1. Payroll Rejection Responsibility
- A1.1 The responsibility for the rejection of payroll transactions for any specific employee rests with the employee’s bank. The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided employee banking details are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate successful payroll transactions.
A2. Payroll Processing Schedule
- A2.1 Payroll transactions are processed during working days, from Sunday to Thursday. The cut-off time for accepting transactions is 02:00 PM KSA time. Any submissions after this cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.
A3. Service Fees for Payroll
- A3.1 Clients may process payroll transactions under specific conditions. Each payroll transaction is subject to a service fee, the amount of which will be clearly provided to the client during the payroll processing, either within the system or via customer service communication.
A4. Fees for WPS File Upload
- A4.1 Clients will incur a fee for each WPS (Wage Protection System) file uploaded through the 'WPS file auto-upload' option to the Mudad Compliance system. The specific amount of this fee will be clearly provided to the client during the payroll processing, either within the system or via customer service communication. This fee applies to each payroll file upload, irrespective of the number of organizations.
