Jisr allows the system admin to link the cost centers of the facility in SAP Business One with the cost centers in Jisr as follows:
1- Select the type of cost centers used in SAP Business One that track employee expenses to link them with Jisr.
Note: If the user does not use cost centers, they should select "I do not use cost centers."
After selecting the type of cost centers used in SAP Business One, the user clicks on the "Next" icon.
2- The system admin selects the type of cost center in Jisr. For each cost center, the admin will have the ability to link it with one of the available options in Jisr.
3- Once the type of cost center is selected in Jisr, the admin will proceed to link the cost center items in SAP Business One with their corresponding counterparts in Jisr.
Note: The system admin can create a "Custom Cost Center" by clicking on this option from the list of cost center types in Jisr.
If the admin creates a custom cost center, they will be prompted to specify the cost center type by selecting the option to assign a cost center (the choice will be from the list of cost centers in SAP Business One).
The admin can optionally add employees to the custom cost centers if they are created.
Note: When an employee's "Department" or "Location" field (which dictates their organizational unit) is updated in the HR system, their assigned "Cost Center" is automatically changed to the corresponding cost center linked to the new department/location.
Note: Jisr system provides the user with the ability to allocation employee costs to cost centers.
