Linking subsidiaries in SAP Business One with Jisr

Once the linking with the SAP Business One account is successfully activated, according to the confirmation pop-up window indicating a successful connection status.

the system admin will be able to start configuring and selecting the subsidiary companies used in SAP Business One that they wish to link with Jisr, through the following steps:

1- Select the subsidiary companies used in SAP Business One that you wish to link with Jisr.

2- Link each subsidiary company in the SAP Business One system with its corresponding subsidiary company in Jisr.

Note 1: If there are multiple subsidiary companies in SAP Business One, the system admin can link each subsidiary company to a corresponding business unit in Jisr or create a custom subsidiary company.

Note 2: If the admin prefers not to use the predefined business units in Jisr as subsidiary companies, they can choose to create a custom subsidiary company.

Note 3: The system admin must link at least one subsidiary company.

Note 4: If custom subsidiary companies are created, the system admin can add employees to the subsidiary company by clicking on the "Employees" tab and then selecting "Assign Employees."
