Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Notifications

Jisr's applicant tracking system allows you to receive job notifications from a person responsible for recruitment and receive updates and notifications about all major events and actions taken at the job level, with the ability to choose other users for the system to also send notifications to.

Receiving job notifications from specific users can be activated by following these steps:

Applicant Tracking "Bag icon" (It is located in the side vertical bar of the screen)> Jobs > New Job > Job Details > Activate Receive job notifications > Select the recruiter and hiring manager along with other users to be notified.

Job Watchers

By enabling the “Receive Job Notifications” toggle and selecting users (who have viewing access to the Applicant Tracking System), they can view the job as "Watchers” and receive updates/notifications about all major events and actions taken at the job level.

Note: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) notifications are received on the web, not on mobile phones.

Sending notifications to users on a job previously created in the system:

Notifications can also be sent to users on a job previously created in the system, and this is done by clicking on:

Applicant Tracking "Bag icon" (it is located in the side vertical bar of the screen)> Jobs > Choose a Job > Click on  > Click on “Edit”.

The system displays the “Edit Job” screen, and in the “Job Details” tab, the user can add more recruiters, hiring managers, and users who will receive job notifications.

Note: The recruiter and hiring manager are selected from the list of only those who have the "Applicant Tracking System" permissions activated on the "Roles" screen and linked to the user on the "User Permissions" screen in Settings.

These are examples of notifications that identified users receive (who were specified when the job was created):

when a candidate moves through different stages in the hiring process	Hiring managers, Recruiters, and users (except the action taker)	- 3 candidates were moved between stages for the position of [Position name].
When a candidate is manually assigned to a job (created or reassigned) and not via forms in the hiring process	recruiters and selected users (except the action taker)	- 3 candidates were manually recruited for the position of [Job Name].
When a job opens or closes	hiring managers, recruiters, and users (except the action taker)	- [Username] opened the position [position name]. - [Username] closed the position [position name].
When you delete a job	hiring managers, recruiters, and selected users (except the action taker)	- [Username] has deleted the [position name] position.
When job information is modified	selected recruiters and users (except the action taker)	- [Username] has made edits to the [position name] position.
When a candidate is added as an employee	hiring managers, recruiters, and users (except the action taker)	- [Username] has added [candidate name] as an employee.
When the user is mentioned in the comments	All mentioned users	- [Username] Mentioned you in a comment.
