Assigning employee that responsible for executing the tasks

Assigning the person executing the tasks available on the system:

The system admin must assign the person responsible for executing many tasks for the default requests available on the system, such as the task of assigning and releasing the covenant or other tasks list.

This is done by following the following steps:

From the Settings page > Requests & Approvals > Tasks > Select the task type > Add an executor for the following task:

Note:

If any of the self-service requests are finally approved (approved) by the people in the approval chain for the submitted request, the system will create a task for the responsible person according to its type.
