Managing notifications and weekly update mail

The system admin can benefit from the notification feature that the system sends to employees on the mobile application (self-service) of the Jisr system, which keeps them informed of events and occasions related to the facility’s employees. The system administrator can activate or deactivate the options in line with the culture of the internal work environment of the facility.

The notification management page can be accessed via (Home > Settings > Notifications > Control settings through the activation buttons for each.

Mail summary of the most important weekly updates for system supervisors and employees:

The Jisr system sends two types of emails weekly to users (one reaches the system supervisor (supervisors) and the other to employees) automatically every Saturday.

Now the (system supervisor) can activate this feature for all supervisors or a selected group of them (by clicking on the edit icon).

Or it can be completely disabled at the level of all supervisors by disabling its option.

Knowing that the system supervisor can search faster by applying the site or department filters.

This feature also applies to the employee category, as the system supervisor can activate it for all employees or a selected group of them (by clicking on the edit icon).

Or it can be completely disabled at the level of all employees by disabling its option.

In case the supervisor or employee does not wish to receive the weekly update email, he can unsubscribe from the weekly update email by clicking on the option (Unsubscribe ) From within the email sent to him,

Then confirm stopping the weekly updates, and thus the sending of weekly update mail to him will be stopped.
