Undo Offboarding an Employee

The system administrators can, at any time, reverse the offboarding of an employee whose contract previously ended on the system for any reason (and whose profile status has become inactive) to restore them to an active employee on the system. This can be done by following these steps:

1. Go to the Employee List page.

2. Use the quick filters to show offboarded employees only

1. Access the profile of the required employee.

2. Click directly on the "Undo offboarding" button, which appears only when the employee's status is set to Offboarded.
