If an employee forgets their account password, the admin can reset it using the following steps:
1. From the sidebar, select the "View Employees." option.
2. Choose the employee for whom the password needs to be reset.
3. Access the employee's profile.
4. Click on the three vertical dots located at the top of the employee's profile page.
5. Click on the "Reset Password" option.
6. The system will send an email to the employee with a link to reset the password.
7. The employee must click on the link sent via email by clicking on "Click Here" and choose a new password for their account.
Note:
The "Reset Password" option will not be visible if there is no email address registered in the employee's profile.
