Sending an Invitation to an Employee:
It is necessary to enter and save the employee's email address (work or personal) in their profile. This will enable the admin to send an invitation to the employee to log in to the system. The admin can do this by clicking on the "Invite " option located at the top of the employee's profile page.
Note:
1. If an invitation is sent to an employee and they are unable to log in to the system, the admin can reset the password by clicking on the "Reset Password" option located at the top of the employee's profile page."
2. The "Invite" option will not be available if you lack permission to manage personal and Org. information or if an email address has not been added to the employee's profile.
