How to generate accounting journal entries

Downloading the accounting journal entries facilitates the process of financial operations in the Jisr system into journal entries that can be exported via an Excel file, which is easy to upload it into your accounting system automatically.

In this version, the Jisr system helps you to export accounting journal entries for the following :

1. Payroll Journal.

2. GOSI provision Journal.

3. Annual Leave provision Journal.

4. EOS provision Journal.

Before starting to export the file, you must first make sure that all the settings for linking the file with the accounting systems are all set.

After making sure that all settings are set, you can easily generate and export the accounting journal entries file by following the instructions:

• Go to Reports

• Select Financial Reports >> Payroll

• Select the time period for the required payroll and click on the Generate button

• From the top of the screen, click on the Payroll journal button >> Download payroll journal option.
