Prerequisites and steps to integration with Quickbooks and Jisr HR

Connecting Quickbooks & JisrHR will help minimise the manual work required to post journals and sync employee data to keep employees data & journals up to date in Quickbooks.

Notes:

• The user that connects the integration has to have either In the house accountant or Accounts receivable manager permissions.
• Recommended to use the admin through the integration

To Setup the connection :

• Click on APPS

• In the Apps section, find Quickbooks App

• Click on Connect button

• Click on Connect.

• Enter your QuickBooks credentials & click on Sign In

 

• Once the login succeeded, the admin would be able to start & complete the setup process.
