Skipping loan instalment deduction directly from payroll :

In order to skip loan deduction for some personal cases or reasons while preparing the payroll by HR or the Payroll manager for one time or multiple times, you can skip deduction directly from payroll by following the below steps:

• Navigate to the Payroll table page

• Select the employee who has a loan deduction in the payroll

• Click on (...) next to his name

  

• Navigate to the Deductions page in the pop-up window, then click on Skip

 

• Click on Confirm to skip this month's deduction.
