The Analytics Page

The Analytics page under the Analytics Hub displays all the reports and dashboards you have previously created using the report builder tool. If you are granted the system administrator permissions, you will also be able to view all reports created by others.

This page allows you to perform the following actions:

1. Duplicate, edit, or delete any of the displayed reports

• When editing a dashboard, you can modify or delete each dashboard element individually. Note that editing will open the report/graph in the report builder tool.

• To duplicate, you must enter a new report name to avoid duplication

2. Add or remove a report from the favorites

   

3. Search by report name or filter the table to display only favorite reports

   

4. Open any report or dashboard by clicking on it in the table, where you can edit or export it as needed

5. In the Exports tab, you can view the export history of reports or dashboards you have exported, including their source, and the ability to download the exported report
   • Note that exporting charts is available in PDF format only, while tables can be exported in Excel or PDF formats
