Workforce Overview Page

This is the default first page displayed when selecting the Analytics Hub link in the navigation menu. It is a comprehensive dashboard for everything related to human resources, providing you with an integrated and overall view of the workforce in your establishment.

The page consists of several sections:

Summary Widgets

• They display comprehensive and quick numbers about your employees, such as the total number of employees, absenteeism rate, and others.
• You can use the filter for each widget to adjust the display criteria; for example, you can show the total number of employees at specific locations instead of the entire establishment.

• Applying a filter to one widget does not affect the other statistics displayed.

Key Charts

• The next section displays several charts that provide you with a quick and comprehensive view of the most important aspects of your company’s workforce.
• You can also use the filter for each chart here to adjust the displayed data without affecting other statistics on the page.
• Use the "Export" button at the top of the page to create a PDF file containing all the charts in one place.

Recently Viewed Reports

• This section displays a list of all the reports, charts, and dashboards you have recently accessed, to facilitate your continuous access to them.
• The table shows the report name, type, creation date, and last update date.
• You can access any of these reports directly by clicking on them in the table.
