Jisr enabled many organizations to add temporary employee accounts using seasonal seats. The employment period for seasonal seats ranges from one month to 6 months. In this article, we learn about information about seasonal seating and how it is offered by Jisr.

Seasonal seat data in the employee list
- You may customize the employee list table to display seasonal seat columns
- The table can also be filtered to view only seasonal seats using this filter
One seasonal employee information within the employee profile
- In addition to the usual employee data, a section for seasonal seat information (if applicable) appears under the "Information" tab
- You may Edit the expiry date within the allowed range (1 - 6 months)
- If the seat expires, a label appears accordingly at the top of the employee file.
- Note that the employee's status is still "active" and the supervisor must ensure that the termination procedures are completed correctly (receipt of the covenant, settlement of dues, etc.)

On the Overview tab of the employee profile, a section indicates that the seat has expired, with an explanation of the actions that Jisr took automatically, as well as a button to initiate offboarding
