Audit logs

Jisr introduces a new and pivotal feature designed to enhance security, internal controls, and regulatory compliance for its large enterprise clients: Audit Logs. 

This powerful tool enables organizations to securely and comprehensively track and analyze all key system activities.

Note: to enable this feature, kindly request it from your Jisr account manager.

Audit Logs are designed to meet the needs of system administrators and regulatory compliance departments within organizations by achieving the following objectives:

• Compliance
• Monitoring
• Security
   

 The Audit Logs currently cover the key activities from the following modules:

• Authentication (e.g.: login/out actions)
• Security (e.g.: changing roles and permissions)
• Integrations (integration with different systems)
• Data (e.g.: modifying employee data)
• Operation (e.g.: managing contracts, pre-onboarding, etc.)
• Document (managing employee documents)
• Bulk imports
• Leaves (annual leave operations)

Steps to access Audit Logs:

1. Click on Settings

2. Select "Audit Logs"

3. The system displays audit records for the last 90 days.

Note: Retention period Records will be retained for 90 days. It should be emphasized that these records are intended for viewing, filtering, and exporting only, and cannot be modified, thus preserving the integrity of the audit record.

The user can learn the details of each process.
