If there is any change happening on employee information, JisrHR will sync that too, such as adjusting employee information or offboarding the employee.

Enable Adjustment Entries for EOS & Vacation Accruals on Salary Appraisal

When this option is activated, when the employee's salary increases and thus the end-of-service and vacation allowances are adjusted automatically, the necessary accounting entries will be created.

Enable dimensions on payable lines

When this option is enabled, the system will automatically create separate accruals items for each dimension set up in your journal entry. This includes payroll accruals, clearance accruals, and non-payroll payments accruals.

Enable Auto-settle EOS Awards

Activate this option to automatically reverse the remaining end-of-service gratuity balances for employees who are not entitled to them or who have resigned, ensuring the accuracy of your financial records.

Vacation Accrual Downgrade - in Vacation Settlement

The user can also choose the vacation settlement method and specify whether paid vacation pay is treated as a regular salary expense or a vacation expense.

If the user selects the "Salary-Based Method": Vacation allowances (due to employees) are treated as a regular expense, such as monthly salaries.

If the "Accrual-Based Method" is selected: Vacation expense is treated as a vacation expense and is deducted directly from vacation entitlement.

Vacation Accrual Calculation

Determine how the daily salary rate for vacation entitlement is determined, either according to calendar days or a fixed 30-day month.

The user determines whether vacation pay paid in payroll is treated as a regular salary expense or a vacation expense.
