Prerequisites for integrating with Odoo and Jisr

• How to get the URL for the Odoo account?

1- Sign in to your Odoo account

2- At the top of your web browser window, you can copy it from the address bar.

• How to get my Odoo database name?

1- Sign in to your Odoo account

2- Go to the top right corner of the screen and press the username (abbreviation) button. Then choose “My databases” from the drop-down list.

3- Copy the database name you wish to integrate with Jisr.

Important notes:

- The following are the supported versions of the Odoo system that support integration with the Jisr system: Odoo system versions V14 - V15 - V16 - V17 - V18 and Odoo 15 Enterprise edition..

- The Odoo Enterprise Edition system can be connected to Jisr, focusing on the accounting and personnel modules, but the customized journals are not reflected.

- Community Edition is not support integration because it does not include the accounting module.

- Customizations in Odoo Enterprise Edition affect connectivity.

- In the Odoo system, the user must have these applications available to perform the linking process, setting these permissions for each application like this:

- Accounting App: Accountant Permission

- Human Resources App: Administrator Permission

- Administration App: Access Right Permission

- It is preferable for the Admin to Integrating process.
