Enabling HR teams and relevant users within companies to make data-driven decisions and present meaningful employee insights to management can only be achieved by accessing holistic reports that provide a comprehensive overview of each employee's performance, with detailed information and within specific timeframes.
With the "Export Performance Reports" permission, users can generate a Performance Summary Report, which is easily downloadable. This report is a single file that consolidates all employee performance evaluations. The report will provide the following information:
- Employee details
- Evaluation: are included the feedback types in scope column, the period and overall rating.
- Criteria groups
- Questions and decisions
How can permitted users export (download) the Performance Summary Report?"
From Reports & Statistics, click on "All Reports"> Performance summary report
You will be able to specify the data included in the report by selecting the type of forms and the time period.
By clicking 'Generate' the report will be displayed in a sheet, allowing users to export it.
Please note that
After specifying the required details in the report and displaying the evaluations of all employees within an exact period, you can search by the employee's name, ID number, or Iqama number if you wish to view the evaluation details of a specific employee.
Downloading evaluation report by (evaluated employees)
- When an employee receives an email notification that their evaluation has been submitted, they can view the evaluation details by clicking on "View Evaluation", which will redirect them to the performance system on their Jisr account.

Or, through the "Performance" tab, the employee will find the evaluation form were assessed in.

When viewing the evaluation from the employee's profile, the employee can download the evaluation report as a PDF file by clicking on "Download Report as PDF."
Note:
When downloading the employee’s evaluation report as a PDF file, the company’s logo is automatically added to the document.
