Steps for accepting the quotation by the client:
1- Access the active quotations in the "Quotation Requests" screen.
2- Select the quotation, then click on "View received quotations".
3- A new screen will be displayed containing all the price details, to choose the appropriate quotation then click on “Approve quotation”.
4- A pop-up screen will appear in which the customer (user) enters their data so that the service provider can contact the customer, such as: name, email, and mobile number.
Note: Contact details are required to conduct direct communication.
After clicking on "Approve quotation", the quote status changes to "Quotation Accepted".
The broker then finalizes the deal and issues the agreement, and the quote's status is changed then to "Agreement reached".
- In case the broker finds out that there are more required files that have not been sent yet, after the client accepts the quotation, the request will be updated that there are specific files are required by the broker to complete the agreement.
- After completing the upload of the required files, the offer status will change to "Agreement reached".
Note: The user can reject the request completely at any step of the process.
