1. Reviewing and preparing quotation requests by the broker
The broker reviews the request submitted by the client and checks the necessary data to prepare a quotation. The data review stage enables the broker to update the request, either indicating that it is in progress stage or notifying that there is invalid information, allowing the user to reattach the correct details.
2. Sending quotations to clients
Once the submitted data is verified, the broker can provide one or more quotations based on the client’s requirements outlined in the request. Each quotation includes details about coverage options, premium costs, terms and conditions, and any additional benefits.
Request statuses:
- Draft request:This means that the offer still needs to be completed by the customer and all the required details entered in order to be able to submit his request.
- Initiated request: When the client submits the request, the status of the request is Waiting for the broker/provider to confirm receipt.
- Invalid information: This status appears when the broker asks the client to provide some missing or incomplete information.
- Quotations in progress: This status appears when the service providers have accepted the client's request and are currently working on the proposed quotations.
- Quotations pending review: In this case, it means that the quotations have been received from the providers and are awaiting the client's review and approval.
- Requested more quotations: This status appears when the client requests more quotations if the quotations provided don't meet their needs. And when additional quotations are provided by the broker, the status of the request returns to 'Quotations Pending Review'.
- Cannot provide more quotations: In this case, the provider cannot provide more quotations to the client.
- Quotation accepted: This means that you as a client have accepted the quotation. Please wait for a response from the provider.
- Extra documents requested: In this case, it means that the service provider's request requests additional files to continue the quotation process. It shows which extra documents are specifically required to client can add them.
- Agreement reached: In this case, it means that the agreement and contract with the service provider has been completed and the contract has been attached.
- Cancelled: This means that the quotation request has been cancelled.

Closed: It means that the request has been rejected by the broker.
- Expired Request: This means that the offer has expired because it is inactive.
