Evaluation templates offer various options that provide flexibility and make them easy to use.
It’s important to note that not all users in the system have the same management actions available when using the template. Admins may have advanced permissions, while other users may have different or limited permissions. To learn more about adjusting user permissions of performance, please check out this article.
- Use template
This option opens the 'Create Evaluation Form' page, where users can create a new evaluation form, set its settings, and add the assigned employees to it.
Please note that
- When you reach the 'Scope' step on the form, the pre-selected feedback types from the template will be activated automatically.
- Only users with 'Manage Performance' permissions can edit these scope, modify any other details, such as: delete entire groups and criteria, or add new groups and criteria.
- Other users with no 'Manage Performance' permissions will not have access to these options. They will not be able to change the form type or the pre-selected feedback types. Instead, they can only create the form name, assign employees, and add additional evaluation criteria within the weight limits predefined by the template creator.
- Edit
This option is available only to admins or users with "Manage performance" permissions to edit all details and criteria of the template. Please note that any new changes made to the template will not be applied to forms that have already been created.
All template fields are editable.
- Delete
Users with access view a confirmation message before deleting the template.
