If the user is NOT an admin on the Jisr system, the admin shall grant the below roles or permissions for them to use Jisr ATS functionalities.
Default Role (Recruiter):
To facilitate and organize the process of managing permissions for users in Jisr ATS (Applicant Tracking System), a new Role called "Recruitment Manager" has been added to the system as part of the default roles. This can be found under the "Roles and User Permissions" tab on the security section on settings page.
If you wish to assign this role to any of the users in the system, follow these steps:
Settings > Security > Roles > Default > Recruiter > Users > Add Users
If any of the employees have been assigned to a Custom role,
To enable an employee assigned to a custom role to view and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), follow these steps: Go to the same Custom role and select the Permissions tab. Access the section related to the ATS and activate the buttons available for the 11 permissions shown in the screenshot below. This will enable the view and management of the ATS for the employee assigned to that specific role.
This will enable the system admin to customize and regulate permissions for users, recruitment managers, and others.
