Since some operations related to employees and their data (such as ID/Iqama renewal, passport information extension or update, profession modification, sponsorship transfer, etc.) are carried out outside the Jisr system with relevant government entities via their e-services portals or through government offices branches by the establishment’s government relations officers or public service offices periodically.
And because these updates have a direct impact on matching the employee data previously uploaded or entered into the Jisr system with what exists in the records of the relevant government entities, it is important to regularly upload an updated copy of the government files on the system to ensure that these updated details are reflected in the employee’s file in the Jisr system. The system automatically updates all data in employee files after each upload of these files to the system.
