In this step, The admin will be able to map company cost centers in NetSuite with Jisr cost centers, so that the data flows correctly as follows :

Select the NetSuite Cost Center Type that you would like to be connected with Jisr.

This step depends on whether the finance in the company does track employees' costs per specific cost center or not.

If the user selected to track employees' costs at the cost center level, the admin would be asked to define cost center types that would be used for the mapping.

Since the list of cost centers types in NetSuite is limited, the admin would select from the following options:
Locations
Departments
Classes -
For each cost center type, the admin would map it with one of the following options available in Jisr:
Area
Locations
Parent Departments
Departments
or he is able to Create a " Custom Cost Center ".

If the admin selected to map a " Custom Cost Center " then he will be required to specify the cost center items by clicking on the Add button ( will select from the cost center items list coming from NetSuite ).

Admin would be able to define the employees' list for custom cost centers (optional)
Note: When an employee's "Department" or "Location" field (which dictates their organizational unit) is updated in the HR system, their assigned "Cost Center" is automatically changed to the corresponding cost center linked to the new department/location.
Note: Jisr system provides the user with the ability to allocation employee costs to cost centers.
