Subsidiaries setup & Mapping

Once the Netsuite account has been connected successfully as per the confirmation pop-up message & The status is shown as connected.

The Admin will be able to start setting up & map all subsidiaries in NetSuite with Jisr by clicking on the Strat mapping button so that the data flows correctly as follows:

1- Select NetSuite subsidiaries that you would like to be connected with Jisr.

2- Click on Next to start subsidiaries Mapping.

3- Map NetSuite subsidiary with the related Business Unit from Jisr.

• In case Jisr business units are not used as subsidiaries, click on the custom option "create as .. " to use and create a custom subsidiary.

Disclaimer:

• If there are more than 1 subsidiaries found in NetSuite this step will appear, otherwise the user would move to the next step.

• If there are subsidiaries found in NetSuite, the admin would be able to map each one with a Jisr business unit or create a custom subsidiary.

• The admin would be required to map at least one subsidiary.

• For custom subsidiaries, the admin would be able to assign the employees ( Optional ).
