By activating this feature on the system, employees can register and verify their attendance and departure times using the mobile self-service application and at their designated work locations, which have been activated by the admin.
How can the geofencing feature be activated?
By following these steps:
1- Go to the settings page
2- Go to Attendance reporting
3- Within the "Methods" tab, the user can click on "Define".
4- Select the required location from the list of work locations for the facility that have been previously defined in the system. From the map, accurately identify the selected work location and then define the circle surrounding the location, through which the employee is allowed to record attendance or departure.
5- Click "Save and proceed" to apply the changes
You may also change the defined geofencing settings from the same page:
1- Click the "Edit" button of the location to be changed
2- You can "Remove" the geofencing definition
3- Or "Edit" it using the same steps described earlier in point 4 of the definition process
4- Finally, remember to save the changes
