Custom Roles on the System
The admin can define any custom role by going to Settings > Roles> Custom
Click the (+) option and define the role name in both English and Arabic from the Summary tab, and then click Save Changes.
Note:
When adding a new custom role, its default name is its order among the available roles. Here, the role was automatically added with the number "22" because there are 21 custom roles on the system.

The admin can view a summary of the permissions granted to users added to this role through the (Summary) tab.

Permissions are customized according to the needs of this role by going to the (Permissions) tab, then assigning the required permissions (View or Manage, View Employee Requests, Submit Requests on behalf of Employees, etc.) for this role for each of the following:
- In case the admin wants to add/remove a user to/from this custom role, they can do so by going to the (Users) tab, then clicking on the "Add Users" or the (x) icon to delete.
- In case there are other roles assigned to the user, these details will be displayed on the same page (Users).
Note:
The following exclusive admin permissions cannot be assigned to any custom role on the system.
