📌 (1) By submitting a personal loan request by the employee or his representative through the self-service application (mobile / web).
📌 (2) By adding an loan to a specific employee manually in a direct manner, through the system supervisor or the person with authority in the employee's personal file:
The system allows the possibility of adding loan to an employee, directly without the need to pass through a series of approvals, by following the following instructions:
Go to the view employees screen
Select the required employee
Click on the salary and financial tab
Go to the employee loan list
Click on the new loan button
Fill in all the required information and click on the save changes button.
If the loan amount has been paid and transferred to the employee (outside the payroll), enter the payment date (so that the loan status becomes paid), so that the monthly installments can be deducted from the employee's salary.
If there are Loans in the employee's personal file (its status is open), the monthly installments will not be deducted from the salary until the payment is confirmed on the system, and thus its status will change from open to paid, by going to the financial transactions tab from the employee's file, and choosing (Complete payment).
📌 Note that this option only appears for Loans that will be paid outside the payroll
📌 (3) By adding advances to a group of employees at once via an Excel template
This method is often used during the initial setup phase of the facility's account on the Jisr system, in the event that the system administrator or the authorized person wishes to add an advance to a group of employees in their personal files manually in a direct manner without the need to pass through a series of approvals, by following the following instructions:
Go to the "Settings" page of the system
From the created side menu, select "Data Update Templates"
Select "Advances" and then click on the Export option to download the Excel template.
If the export option is inactive, click on the Upload option, then click on the Upload Template option.

Open the template you downloaded and enter or update the data in the file, without modifying the order of the columns or their names in the original template.
Save the modifications to the same file or save a copy of it with a different name on the device
From the same page on the system, click on the "Upload" option
Select the file that was modified from the device
Click on the Upload option.
After successfully completing the upload process, check the file upload status from the same page
If the update is completed successfully, the status will appear Completed
In the event of a partial update due to some errors in some data, the status will appear Partially updated
In the event of no update due to errors in all data or if the original template has been modified, the status will appear Failed
In all cases, you can click on the View Details option, with the possibility of clicking on the Download Error File option to see the details of the errors and correct them, and re-upload the file again.
Finally, you can check the uploaded data through the employee's personal file or through the advance report (financial reports).
