The "Jisr" platform has launched several features focused on data display flexibility and enhancing the efficiency of Bulk Actions. This new feature aims to solve the problem of the inability to customize displayed data and accurately export filtered employee lists.
Column Customization
Previously, users faced difficulty viewing essential and important data – such as National ID, Residence Number, Phone Number, Employment Status, Business Unit, and Employment Type – alongside custom fields. This made it challenging to see crucial information at a glance.
Now, users have full control over the employee list display interface. This feature includes:
- Field Selection: Users can select the fields they wish to display in the list, whether they are Standard Fields (like ID number and status) or Custom Fields created specifically to meet the company's needs.
- Column Reordering: A Drag and Drop functionality allows users to rearrange columns by priority, ensuring the most important data is displayed upfront.
- Personalized View: Users can create a personalized view that streamlines auditing and review processes, reducing the need to navigate between pages and individual files.
Filtered Export
Previously, the export feature in "Jsr" always downloaded the complete employee list, regardless of any applied filters. Furthermore, Bulk Actions (such as bulk updates) were unavailable after applying filters.
The Solution Now:
- Export Filtered List Button: This button appears automatically whenever filters are applied to the employee list.
- It ensures that only the list of employees matching the specified criteria is downloaded, providing precise data for external review and analysis without the need for manual filtering after export.
- Enabling Bulk Actions Post-Filtering:
- It is now possible to select a group of filtered employees and perform bulk actions on them, such as Bulk Update for standard or custom data.
- This significantly enhances the speed of updating data in large volumes, particularly when there is a need to modify a specific group of employees (for example, updating the Business Unit for a specific team).
