Jisr announced the addition of a new and pivotal feature designed to improve the efficiency and speed of access to essential employee data. This feature allows users to view employees status directly within the employee list, using the same color indicators as the employee profile page, providing an immediate and comprehensive overview.
Users no longer need to access each employee's profile to view their basic status. Now, an employee's active or inactive status, along with other specific statuses, is displayed directly in the employee list. The system also clarifies further employee statuses, such as:
- Active/Inactive
- Probationary Period
- Vacation and Leave Period
- New Employee
The employee's file also displays, next to and below the employee's name, the employee's status. For example, if the employee is on leave, a logo will appear next to their name to indicate that the employee is on leave.
A comprehensive view of employee statuses in the system from the "Employee List" screen.
A new top section has been added to the Employee List page, displaying key metrics in the form of clear, visual cards. These essential metrics include:
- Active Users: The total current workforce.
- New hires: Tracks the monthly employee growth rate, displaying new hires from the last 30 days.
- On Probation: Facilitates monitoring employees currently on probation.
- Offboarded: A clear record of departures.
The user can filter the data displayed to employees in the employee list, and the new Filtration interface can be saved after filtering.
