What are Jisr ATS Reports?
Jisr ATS provides two operational report types—Job Report and Candidate Report—plus aggregate ATS Statistics (covered in a ATS statistics article). Together, they convert raw pipeline data into actionable decisions.
Why it matters
- Centralize pipeline visibility by role, status, and stage.
- Surface high-signal candidates and track outcomes end-to-end.
- Reduce manual work with period filters and Excel export.
-
Improve fairness and governance via clear applicant-vs-candidate distinctions and audit-ready records.
How to access
Go to the Reports section in Jisr, click Build Report from the dropdown list, then scroll down to find ATS Reports.
Job Report
First, choose the Job Report and select the exact period you want to review, then click Generate.
After choosing the period (when the jobs were created), a table with detailed information appears, including:
- The job title in both languages
- The job status
- The name of the person who created the job
- The hire date of the candidate
- The job stages
- The number of candidates
- The number of applicants
Plus, other important information.
What’s the difference between candidates and applicants?
- Candidates: We can add people who didn’t apply for this job but are on the broader candidate list.
- Applicants: Talent who applied directly for the job.
Candidate Report
If you click Back and choose the Candidate Report, you’ll see a detailed report based on the candidate
information from the forms they filled out for open jobs, or from autofill/resume parsing done by the recruiter.
The most important data shown are:
- Candidate names and contact info
- Their current title (or as written in the resume)
- Created by — how the candidate reached the system and who uploaded their resumes
- The time they applied and the final stage they reached in the jobs they applied for
By clicking the links, you can open the relevant pages. By clicking the resume file name, you can immediately download the candidate’s resume.
Export
Both reports can be exported as an Excel sheet.
Note: You can change the selected period even after creating the reports from which period of time? filter.
Jisr ATS reports bring all the information you need into one place and offer exporting in an auditable format. They help HR managers perform deeper analysis without wasting time moving from page to page to find the information they need.
