Jobs breakdown
This section displays the most important data points that can provide a nuanced understanding of the organization's recruitment offers.
- Total number of jobs.
- No. of jobs created in the last 30 days.
- No. of open/closed jobs.
- No. of hired candidates.
- No. of open jobs with no hires.
- No. of closed jobs with no hires.

Job Stages Breakdown
This bar chart shows the number of candidates at each stage of the hiring process. It displays applicants in the Applied, Screening & Assessment, Hired, and Rejected stages.
If a subsidiary is related to the company and has ATS, the admin can view the job stages for that subsidiary by filtering by the company name.
Additionally, by clicking View Details, the chart provides more insights, and it can also be downloaded.

Time To Hire
Measures the number of days it takes to fill an open position, from the date the hired candidate enters the applied stage to the date a new hire accepts the position.
Time To hire = Day when a candidate is in the hired stage ( first hired ) - Day when the hired candidate was in the applied stage
Average time to hire = ( Sum of all times to hires for each job ) / No. Of jobs.

Time To Fill
Measures the number of days it takes to fill an open position, from the date a job opening is created to the date they accept the position.
Time To Fill = Day when a candidate is in the hired stage (first hired ) - Day when the job opening was created.
Average time to fill = ( Sum of all times to fill for each job )/ No. Of jobs.
