The Salary Bands Dashboard is the central place to monitor and manage salary structures across your organization.
It is located within the Salary Bands section in the Compensation module and is designed to help you ensure internal fairness, stay aligned with market data, and meet compliance requirements — all while supporting better employee retention and smarter decision-making.
What does the dashboard include?
The dashboard is divided into four main sections, each highlighting a key area of your salary band setup:
1. % of Employees Not Assigned to a Band
This shows the percentage of employees who haven’t been assigned to any salary band yet.
By clicking “Assign Bands”, you’ll see a list of unassigned employees. Next to each employee, there's a dropdown menu to select the appropriate band.
Once selected, click "Save Changes" to assign the employee to their salary band.
2. % of Employees Aligned with Market Rates
This shows how many employees have salaries that fall within market-aligned salary bands — based on their job level and job family.
- A high percentage indicates good market competitiveness.
- A low percentage may signal risk — even a small pay gap (e.g. SAR 500) can lead to turnover.
Clicking “Compare Bands” will take you to the salary benchmarking view, where you can review minimum, midpoint, and maximum salaries based on real data from 3,500+ organizations and 350,000+ employees across Saudi Arabia.
The system also flags each case as High or Low depending on your position vs. the market.
3. % of Employees Below the Band
This highlights employees who are paid below the minimum of their assigned salary band.
Clicking “Review Bands” will show you who is affected, along with the percentage gap.
You can reassign employees to different bands directly from the dropdown menu next to their name.
4. % of Employees Above the Band
This section highlights employees whose actual salaries are above the maximum of their assigned salary band.
The dashboard shows the percentage and lists all impacted employees.
Clicking “Review Bands” lets you view their current assignments and update their band if needed.
