Quick File Access: The employee profile interface displays direct links to important documents, such as an employee’s "technical requirements document," making them quickly accessible to administrators

Attendance and Leave Data: The "Attendance" card shows a summary of working days, absences, and attendance warnings. The "Leave" card provides an instant view of available balance and upcoming leaves, helping managers better plan their team's tasks

Expiring Documents Status: The "Expiring Documents" card displays clear alerts for important documents nearing their expiration date, like a passport, which ensures compliance and prevents delays

Financial details: Employees and managers can directly access all financial details, track salary changes, loans, financial transactions, and cost allocations, thus reducing frequent inquiries about payroll and payments

Payroll Record Access: Employees and administrators can directly access recent payslips through the "Salary" card, reducing repeated inquiries about payments

Organizational Chart: The "Org Chart" card provides a clear view of an employee's position within the company, who their manager is, and who their direct reports are. This enhances transparency and helps in understanding team dynamics
