Types of Employment Contracts:
This page allows the admin to define all types of employment contracts available to the organization, such as Tamheer employees, cooperative training, remote ..etc.
To do so, Go to Settings > Employee Profile> Employment Types > Add New Type.
Full-time:
Full-time employees, whether on a fixed-term or indefinite-term contract, are entitled to a probation period as agreed upon by both parties. This period is based on the number of working hours, which includes overtime, breaks, and weekends, as well as entitlements such as vacations, medical insurance, social insurance, and end-of-service benefits according to eligibility conditions.
Part-time:
The duration of this type of contract is to be agreed upon by both parties and does not include a probation period. It is characterized by working hours that are less than half of the daily working hours (including overtime and weekly rest), as well as provisions for vacations, medical insurance, and social insurance.
Domestic Workers:
Domestic workers is a person of a natural character who performs a direct or indirect domestic service to the employer, or any member of their family, and during their performance of the service such a domestic service worker shall be under the supervision and direction of the employer, or their deputy; this shall include male and female domestic service workers, private drivers, gardeners, or home guards and the like.
The working relationship between the domestic service worker and the employer shall be regulated by a written contract. ( The domestic worker shall be entitled to end-of-service benefits of one-month wage if such a domestic worker has spent four years in a row in the employer’s service. )
Ajeer Employee:
Ajeer employee refers to a foreign worker employed on a temporary contract through an HR outsourcing company.
Note:
To add a group of employees under this type of employment ( Ajeer ), the following steps are required:
1- Add Ajeer companies ( Outsourcing Providers ) details:
Go to Settings > Employee profile> Employment types > Outsourcing Providers section > Click add a new type and then enter the outsourcing provider details.
2- Select the specific types of allowances paid to ajeer employees and providers, as agreed upon in the contract terms between the employer and the outsourcing provider.
