In line with Jisr's commitment to providing integrated solutions compliant with local regulations, the Sick Leave feature has been developed to be fully compatible with the Saudi Labor Law. This new feature aims to enable organizations to manage employee leave easily while ensuring compliance with legal regulations, thereby reducing violations and promoting transparency between management and employees.
An integrated sick leave system has been launched, which includes the customization of payment rates according to the Saudi Labor Law:
- First 30 days paid at 100%.
- Next 60 days paid at 75%.
- Final 30 days are unpaid.
- ✔ Ability to add up to 4 different payment rates to meet company policies.
- ✔ Define the sick leave year (either from the date of the first leave or according to the calendar year).
