The Jisr system enables the simultaneous update of employee data, including contracts, by uploading a file containing the updated information. This process aims to simplify and improve the management of employee contracts in companies.
Note: The user must have the authority to add or modify personal and job information without a chain of approvals or be a system administrator.
Steps to upload employee files and update their data in one go:
1. Go to the Employees section and select "Employee List"
3- By clicking on the three dots, the option “Bulk add employees” will appear.
4- By clicking on it, the option to upload the file in Excel format to the system appears, containing the employee data. Alternatively, the user can facilitate the process by uploading the Jisr file, modifying the employee contract data, and then uploading the file again by clicking on “Drop or Choose file to upload.”
