Jisr offers an innovative financial solution aimed at improving individuals' experience in managing their financial resources. This feature, Access to Earned Salary, allows employees to receive a portion of their salaries before the official payout date, helping them meet their emergency financial needs without resorting to loans or incurring additional debt.
To facilitate its use, the feature is now available directly to employees through the Jisr app, providing users with greater flexibility in managing their finances. In this article, we will review how to use the Access to Earned Salary feature via the Jisr mobile app.
Submitting an Earned Salary Request by an Employee
1- The employee logs into the Jisr app on their mobile phone.
They will see that the Earned Salary Access feature is now available and can watch an explanatory video on how to use the feature.
2- From the main screen of the application, the employee clicks on “Create a new request.”
3- Then he selects “Earned Salary” from the requests.
4- The screen will show the amount the employee is allowed to take as a result of his working days. Then he can enter the required amount and what he wants to obtain (provided that the required amount is not higher than the permitted amount, noting that the expenses of using the feature will be deducted from this amount), and he can add any note to the request and attach any documents, if any.
5- To show the net amount that the employee will receive after deducting the costs of using the feature.
6- After clicking “Confirm”, a message will appear stating that the application has been submitted and sent to the administrators for approval.
Note: The total fee for using the feature per transaction is 46 Saudi riyals (including tax), with a maximum amount of 1,000 riyals that an employee can receive per transaction.
Approving an employee's Earned Salary request from within the mobile app
1. After logging into the Jisr app, the administrator goes to Requests and selects the Earned Salary request.
2- You can view the request details, then click “Approve”.
3- The order confirmation data will appear with details such as: the order amount, the order date, and the IBAN number of the employee who made the order. After confirmation, the admin clicks “Approve.”
Rejecting an employee's Earned Salary request from within the mobile app
1. After logging into the Jisr app, the administrator goes to Requests and selects Earned Salary request.
2- You can view the order details.
3- Then click on “Reject”.
Note: The HR admin can cancel the request immediately while the request is still pending
