The Punch Logs deletion feature has been developed to provide greater flexibility and security for users. The new update allows for the deletion of attendance records, whether added manually or through bulk upload, with additional confirmations to prevent accidental deletions. Additionally, notifications have been added to indicate whether the deletion results are fully successful, partially successful, or failed, ensuring a clearer user experience.
Bulk Record Deletion
- Navigate to: Attendance & Leave > Attendance > Tracking.
- Click the Upload button, then select Delete Logs.
1. Specify the period between which you want to delete records using the date picker.
2. Choose the log type: Bulk Upload or Manual Entry.
3. Select the employees whose records you want to delete:

- By default, all employees are selected.
- You can choose specific employees instead.
4. Click Delete Records.
A confirmation message will appear. To proceed, enter the confirmation text in the designated field and click Delete Records. A notification will confirm the successful deletion of attendance records.
Deleting a Single Employee’s Punch
- Navigate to: Attendance & Leave > Attendance > Tracking, then select the employee whose records you want to delete.
- From the Fingerprints tab, click the delete button next to each fingerprint.
- A confirmation message will be displayed to confirm punch deletion.
