Templates are a practical feature to streamline the process of sending emails or scheduling events in candidate communications. They provide pre-written content on relevant topics (such as offers, interview dates, etc.) that can be used as-is or with minor edits, saving time and effort by eliminating the need to write the email or event details from scratch each time.
What types of templates are available in the system?
- There are default templates provided by Jisr that cover the most common topics in candidate communications, organized into specific categories; application stage, feedback & surveys, interview stage, and offers.
- Additionally, users can create new templates from scratch, save them in the templates tab, and use them as needed.
How to access the templates tab and create a new template?
- Navigate to: Applicant Tracking > Templates
On the 'Email Templates' page, you’ll see the available templates (provided by Jisr) organized by subject.
Please note that these templates cannot be opened or edited directly from this page; they can only be modified when selected for sending emails or scheduling events.
- Click on 'New template' to create a new template for your use.
Please note that new templates created manually by users can be edited or deleted from the templates page.
All templates, whether pre-generated by the Jisr system or manually created by users, can be easily selected when sending emails or scheduling events from the candidates' profiles. Learn more about using templates in candidate communications.
