This article discusses the steps for adding new employees to the main company's subsidiaries in Jisr. The subsidiary can add its employees through the system, or the main organization can add employees to the subsidiary through the account Admin who has "Account Admin" permission.
Employees are added to the subsidiary through the main company after creating the subsidiary by following these steps:
- Click on the main company logo located at the top of the system's sidebar.
- A menu will appear. The user can either click on the subsidiary logo to be transferred to the subsidiary directly or click on "Manage Subsidiaries" to display all the parent company's subsidiaries on the screen. The user selects the subsidiary they want to transfer to to add employees to it and then clicks on "Switch to (Subsidiary Name)".
Note: After switching to the subsidiary, the "Subsidiary Logo" will appear at the top of the sidebar.
3- The user will be moved to the subsidiary interface. Then, click on the employee's icon (located in the sidebar).
4- Go to Employee list.
5- Click on the "Add Employee" icon on the screen and enter the data of the new employee of the subsidiary.
