In order to benefit from the integration feature between the Absher system and the Social Insurance Platform, and to carry out services through the Absher platform, including the service of adding Saudi employees to the social insurance, the following steps must be taken first:
1- Activate the (integration) with the Social Insurance for all organizations (commercial records) added to the Absher system. For more information, refer to the article explaining the activation steps here.
2- Ensure that the employee's salary payment method (bank) is verified and add the IBAN number to their bank account or the employee's salary card number.
(Employee Profile > Personal Details > Salary and Financial Details > Payment Details > Edit).
3- Link the employee to the organization (commercial record) where the employee is to be registered.
(Personal Profile > Salary and Financial Details > GOSI Configuration > Edit > Not registered in Social Insurance > Choose the establishment where social insurance integration has been activated > Save Changes > Immediate Change > Enter reason for change > Confirm Changes).
4- Click on the 3 vertical dots at the top of the employee's personal file to be added, and select (Social Insurance Services).
5- Click on the option (Add Saudi employee).
6- Complete all details of the Saudi employee in this step to register them in the insurance, then click on the next option.
7- Complete all contract details for the Saudi employee in this step to formalize the contract, then click on the Add option.
Note:

The system will send a text message to the employee's mobile for approval or rejection, as is customary for contract verification.

If there is no transportation allowance for the employee, leave the field blank without any value (the system will not accept entering the value zero).

When the contract verification step is completed and the subscriber is successfully registered in the social insurance, it will be visible in the employee's personal file.
