Connecting Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operation & JisrHR will help minimise the manual work required to post journals and sync employee data to keep employee data & journals up to date in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operation.
Note: It is recommended to have someone from your IT team to add the required configuration in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operation.

Setting up the Integration :
1- Navigate to the Microsoft Azure application page and sign In
2- On the overview page click on the App registration card
3- Click on Add New registration
4- Enter the name ( i.e Jisr Integration ) > click on the Register button
5- Once the addition is completed successfully, the system will show addition info. at the overview page.
6- Follow the below steps:
Navigate to the API permissions option > click on Add permission > Select Dynamics ERP
7- Select the Application permissions> then select Connector.FullAccess permission > Click on Add permissions.
8- Click on Grant Admin consent for > click Yes
9- Navigate to the Certificates & secrets option > Click on Add New client secret> Enter the description (i.e. Jisr secret ) > Select the suitable expiry period > Click on Add
10- Copy the Secret Value immediately after creation ( be sure to save it in a side note or text file when created before leaving the page ) because it will be added in "Client Secret" in activation steps with Jisr.
11- Navigate to Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operation application > Click the search icon > Search by: Microsoft Entra ID Applications or Azure Active Directory Application > Select it from the list.
12- On the pop-up window > click on the Add New option, paste the client ID value, enter the name and select the user ID with admin permission.
13- Return to an overview page on the Azure application > Copy the following data:
Application ( client ) ID
Directory (tenant) ID
14 - Head over to JisrHR to complete setting up the connection with the Microsoft application.
Then the user enters the Client Secret that was prepared as in the previous step No. 10, and also enters the URL that is taken from the Microsoft system from the main screen and is like this:

And the URL is selected until com.
