In this step, The admin will be able to map cost centers ( Reporting Tags ) for each subsidiary ( if any ) in Zoho with Jisr, so that the data flows correctly as follows :

Determine and select the Zoho Cost Center ( Reporting Tags ) type for each subsidiary that you would like to be connected with Jisr.
- Map Zoho cost centers ( Reporting Tags ) with Jisr org structure ( Areas, Locations, and Departments ).
- If you do not use cost centers to track employees' costs, click on “ I do not use cost centers ” option.

This step depends on whether the finance in the company tracks employees' costs per specific cost center.

If the Admin selected to track employees' costs at the cost center level, the admin would be asked to determine cost center types used for the mapping.
- Admin will be able to Map Zoho cost centers with Jisr org-structure (Areas, Locations, and Departments) or Create a " Custom Cost Center ".

If the admin selects to map a " Custom Cost Center " then he will be required to specify the cost center items by clicking on the Add button ( will choose from the cost center items list coming from Zoho ).

Admin would be able to define the employees' list for custom cost centers (optional)
Note: When an employee's "Department" or "Location" field (which dictates their organizational unit) is updated in the HR system, their assigned "Cost Center" is automatically changed to the corresponding cost center linked to the new department/location.
Note: Jisr system provides the user with the ability to allocation employee costs to cost centers.
